What is your minimum order quantity?
We start at 50 pieces per bale (100 pieces for kids’ wear, 200 for underwear). If you want to check quality first, order a 10-piece sample pack. Styles, sizes and colours are mixed inside a bale.
How much can you supply?
We can supply 100 to 1,000 bales per month. Tell us the volume you need and we will confirm availability for your order.
How long does it take to ship after payment?
Within one week of receiving your payment. We confirm the order, prepare and pack the bale, hand it to your freight forwarder, then send you the tracking number and shipping documents.
What are your payment terms?
100% by T/T in advance. We prepare and ship the goods once payment has arrived.
How do you ship, and from which port?
We export FOB from Shanghai or Ningbo, China. You appoint the freight forwarder, or we deliver the goods to the forwarder you nominate.
Can you provide certifications?
Yes – certification can be arranged to meet your requirements. Tell us which standard your market needs and we will arrange it for your order.
Are your garments new or second-hand?
Brand new, never worn. Everything we sell is factory overstock, cancelled orders or excess inventory from Chinese garment factories – never used clothing.
Where are you based?
Suzhou, Jiangsu, China – we source from the Changshu and Zhili garment manufacturing belts and export worldwide under FOB terms.
Can I mix styles, sizes and colours?
Yes. Bales are mixed by design: you receive a spread of styles, sizes and colours rather than one single item. Tell us your market and we will select the mix accordingly.
